VISUAL WORK OF ART: I stand behind my work and accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. It must be in perfect condition and returned following the instructions below.
We have the right to refuse any returns or refunds on certain products if the products have been washed or are not in their original packaging with all tags still attached, have been damaged during the return transport, or if a copy of the original bill is not included,
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING
To return an article, you must request a Return Authorization Number. To request this number, please email me at email@example.com. In the subject line, write REQUEST - RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Take note that there will be no refund without this number. I will gladly speak with you about a possible exchange: a commission replacement or a refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment - PayPal refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account when your parcel has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When sending back your return, I strongly suggest sending your package with a tracking number or insurance as I will not be responsible for missing, damaged transport or lost packages.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we can provide International delivery, but before doing so, we like to confirm delivery rates with a few companies to offer the best possible price and service.
To request international delivery, please communicate with us via email using the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line, indicate INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY REQUEST.
Tell us the details of your request: Name of the item, SKU # - your complete address, including the country and the ZIP. Code (postal codes).
We will verify the delivery cost using our Canadian post services and Federal Express (FedEx).
Please take note; we will not be responsible for customs fees that may apply to your deliveries.
How do I return an item?
You have up to 10 days to return an item. To do so, you must first communicate with Christiane via email using: email@example.com to request an authorization number. Make sure to have your original packaging and receipt, Also, to be credited, your item must be unwashed in excellent condition, and all tags must still be attached. Ensure it is well wrapped in the original packaging for an art painting. We will not refund an art piece that arrives broken due to bad return packaging.
How do I track my order?
Once your purchase has shipped, we will email you a tracking number for you to follow.
How can I contact your couriers?
In the email sent to you regarding your tracking number, you will know whom to contact.
For Canada and the United States, we use Canada Post and USPS.
Shipping prices are calculated in the payment area after indicating your address.
For international deliveries, you will have to communicate with us to request a price. Depending on your area, we will try to find the cheapest price available but we mostly work with FEDEX on International deliveries unless you request a specific transportation company.
